What started out as a minimilist drawing of Iron Man for a mock t-shirt design somehow turned into a pencil sketch of Jared LEto's iconic image as the Joker from the Suicide Squad movie. Which I then re-drew using pen as my brother liked the picture so much.
When talking to a good friend of mine about getting into designing t-shirts, I had pointed out how I could do the bat symbol with a twist drawing inspiration from the cover of Legends of the Dark Knight #149. This is the design I came out with. T-shirt coming soon...
Was asked if I could drawn a picture of my nephew and two nieces. Rather than going for photo realism I took some liberties and drew it in the style I favour the most and added the tattoo style butterflies and twisties into it to tie the three pictures together.
